About ADHD Corner

ADHD Corner is a small, honest corner of the internet for adults with ADHD, and for the AuDHD crowd (ADHD + autism) who rarely see themselves in the usual advice.

I'm Jules, a French writer with ADHD and autism. For the past few years I've run TDAH Corner, one of France's leading ADHD resources: 10,000+ readers a month and a 2,000-subscriber newsletter. ADHD Corner is the English version, same honest, practical, no-lecture approach, now in English.

Why a French perspective on ADHD? Because the struggles are universal, but the usual English advice can feel either clinical or relentlessly upbeat. I write from the messy middle: what I actually try, what works, what flops, and what I'd tell a friend who's just been diagnosed and feels a bit lost.

What you'll find here

  • Practical tactics for the boring-hard stuff: starting tasks, time blindness, mornings, sleep, focus, money.
  • Honest reviews of the tools, apps and objects that genuinely help (and the ones that don't).
  • An every-other-Tuesday newsletter: one idea, one thing to try, no fluff.

What you won't find

  • Miracle cures. Toxic positivity. Lectures.
  • Medical advice. I'm a peer who lives this, not a clinician.

If something here is weighing on you, please talk to a doctor, psychiatrist or psychologist. This site is for ideas and lived experience, not diagnosis or treatment.

Glad you found the corner. Make yourself at home.

Jules
